guaranteed operational compliance

On some commercial projects, the principle contractor or another sub-contractor may wish to employ professionals to watch over operations carried out onsite. In these instances companies come to us for:

  • A Knotweed Management Plan
  • Site Specific Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS)

We would then provide a site supervisor (Watching Brief) to oversee others in the execution of the works, in accordance with the Knotweed Management Plan, Method Statement and the Property Care Association (PCA) Code of Practice.

Our working Site Supervisors have over 12 years’ experience in the knotweed industry and provide a professional but courteous Watching Brief service to ensure the project is completed within compliant and best practices.

PROJECT EXAMPLE: watching brief in North London

Sometimes a watching brief is what’s required. When a client wishes to use his own contractors but needs expert supervision, we send one of our excavation supervisors to oversee the works. In this case study we share feedback from a private developer about our flexible approach, here’s a snippet from the client:

Mr Cullen stated, “From my perspective, it’s comforting to know that a contractor is client focused and is willing to adapt their service to provide a saving to a customer, and not just be totally focused on profit. It is my belief that this works in your favour in the long run, as I will always recommend your company and will use you again for sure (hopefully not) should the need arise in the future. Thank you also for the professional manner in which this entire process has been handled, it has been a pleasure to deal with you and the rest of the team.”
